It takes a village
Idol is a volunteer-run event, led by WPS parents and made remarkable by the incredible Westgarth band.
We’re looking for volunteers who can help out on the night: supporting stage set up, selling raffle tix and voting tokens, and perhaps an adlib task or two. Shifts are 20-40mins meaning that you can enjoy the show, while also helping to make the fundraiser a success.
Any questions, please email westgarthidol@gmail.com or grab Lucy Davidson or Amy Greetham if you see us around school.
Can you donate to the idol raffle?
As part of the night’s fun and festivities, we’ll be hosting a raffle and are calling out for donations from our generous Westgarth families and friends.
The raffle is always fun, chaotic and highly coveted. It’s also significant contributor to the fundraiser, often making up 30% of the donation that we make to the school.
Thank you to the WPS families who have donated previously. Prizes have been amazing, including: gym memberships, concert tix, coffee and magazine subscriptions, vino, F&B vouchers, and more…
We truly appreciate any contribution that you can make to help with the magic of the night, as well as fundraising for the school community. To make a donation, or if you have any questions, please contact Lucy Davidson at westgarthidol@gmail.com.
